When we first moved into our new home, the kitchen quickly became the heart of our lives. It was a fresh start in a new space, but more importantly, it was a blank canvas for our culinary adventures. Cooking together wasn’t just about preparing meals; it became our way to explore the world without ever leaving our kitchen.
Both of us share a deep passion for travel and food. Over the years, we’ve been fortunate to visit many incredible countries, tasting authentic dishes and learning the stories behind each recipe. Whether it’s the spices of India, the fresh herbs of the Mediterranean, or the comforting warmth of classic American comfort food, every cuisine has inspired us and broadened our tastes.
But our journey goes beyond the places we’ve physically visited. We realized that through cooking, we can experience and celebrate cultures from all over the globe — even those we haven’t had the chance to visit yet.
